A Detailed Project Timeline for Bloodaxe and Lagertha

Creating a project timeline is an essential step in ensuring that any project is completed within a set timeframe. For my project of crafting Bloodaxe and Lagertha, I used ‘Jira’ to create a detailed Gantt chart that outlines each step of the process. The timeline includes a pre-production phase where I gather references and create concept art, followed by production where I will create Bloodaxe and his companion, and then post-production where I will handle material setup, lighting, rendering, composting, documentation, and final breakdown.

The timeline is designed to be closely packed, so I can complete the project within my set timeframe. In addition to the timeline for the Bloodaxe project, I have also added my bucket list plans, including empowering female Viking representation and utilizing advanced technologies like motion capture and face capture to enhance my character animations.

Additionally, I have allocated some buffer days before the project deadline to account for any unforeseen circumstances or pending tasks. These extra days act as a safety net, allowing me to address any last-minute adjustments, refinements, or unexpected challenges that may arise during the course of the project. By including this buffer in my timeline, I can ensure that I deliver the final project on time and meet the desired quality standards without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

Overall, this comprehensive project timeline provides me with a clear plan to ensure that I meet my goals for creating high-quality, realistic character designs within a set timeframe.
