With the low-poly models and UV maps in place, I smoothly transitioned into the phase of Texturing and Hair Card creation. This phase was where the characters truly came to life with vibrant colours, intricate details, and lifelike textures.

One noteworthy aspect of this phase was that despite some adjustments to my initial workflow and Gantt Chart, I remained well within the planned schedule. This reaffirmed the value of effective project planning and time management, demonstrating that adaptability can coexist with structured project management.

As I meticulously worked on textures and hair cards, the characters began to reflect the envisioned Viking warriors more vividly. Each stroke and detail added to the sense of authenticity and storytelling that would make these characters stand out in the final presentation. This phase also laid the foundation for the subsequent stages of rigging, posing, and showcasing, where these characters would truly shine.

This successful phase completion bolstered my confidence in project management and propelled me closer to the ultimate goal of presenting these Viking characters in all their glory.
